There was a time in the 1960s when Bawku for example had no qualified Medical Doctor. You see how foolish you are and are paying for your ignorance and stupidities? We need peace and tranquility to develop. It take the ideas of one person and the finances of few people and the cumulative efforts of all to start a venture that benefit all.
My people in the North have very short tempers and very very emotionally unstable. These two attributes lead mpeople to act before thinking. What are the functions of the supposed chiefs or Kings. If they occupy a skin or a throne, then it is their responsibilities to maintain peace and control of their people.
FIGHTING IS NOT ALWAYS nTHE ANSWER.
We should start teaching the school going kids conflict resolution and arbitration.
