If consumer protection is not successful in Ghana, what have YOU yourself done about it? Your primitive, backward and dumb view that one needs to be educated before one can complain about social services and facilities, is probably the most stupid thing I've heard in this country. If at least the Kapito guy is trying to do something about it, the least we could all do is to encourage him and not Pull him Down (PhD) . What kind of a fool are you? I myself I am not totally impressed with Kapitos performance but since I am not in the position to do anything about it, I am not qualified to criticize his efforts. Education? What has all the plenty education we have had for over 60 years, done for this country other than breeding a comfortable herd of a good for nothing educated class that cannot even provide a sustainable supply of the most basic utilities and necessities of life such as water and electricity even in the capital city. The most despicable type of human being is one who assumes elitist pretensions in the midst of stark poverty - and you are one such repugnant person.

Kofi Kapito is one of the biggest partisan hypocrite in this country, this guy was very vociferous on the media whenever the utility companies announced that they wanted to increase tariffs and he was always trying to encourage the citizens to go on strike to show their displeasure between 2008-2016 and then stopped it exactly when his party the NPP came to power, he most at times tried to justify the increment on behalf of the utility companies. But today that his party is in opposition he's found his voice acting like he's more Ghanaian than all of us and has national interest at heart. Shame on Kofi Kapito.

1. The unsolicited gamification notices sent to our phones
2. MTN must be called to order to reduce the queues at their service stations dotted around the country improve customer service. Their platform must be friendly to the elderly and the sweat who cannot always walk in to retrieve information
