With Cellphone recordings by individuals, the Government can pay for them and arrest those videotaped involved in such nonsense. Please, arrest those individuals identified, put them in Police custody without bail, put them to trial and let them do Five Years with Hard Labor if found guilty by the Judiciary. Next year, increase Police presence there and let the Police invite the Military to bring sanity there. They should stop that nonsense and learn how to shit at the right places but not everywhere.

The Ghana Armed Forces and Ghana Police must be ordered to examine those muskets before they are used whenever there is a festival.
As an assistant chief, I am of the view that the main thing is make noise with gunpowder without causing harm to anyone. My musketeers have been doing so for the past four years without causing harm to anyone.
One who loads a musket that is supposed to be used in ceremonies have the intention to kill. Because on such occasions, during gun firing or mortar firing blank bullets and shells are used by the security services.
People who take the lives of others during such occasions must be punished they must be given the maximum sentence.
