  You should also walk the talk and stop complaining. Get rid of those who are not performing. We are tired of the lose attitude to work found in all straters of our society. How efficient are you yourself? When you took office you promised that 70% of the streets in Accra will have street lights in 6 months. As of today not even 30% of the streets have lights and you have been in office for 8 months. This kind of poor performance (without consequences) can only take place in Africa. No wonder we are stagnant in our development efforts.
