  It is the managers and directors of these facilities that connive with party in power officials to render and dispose of these facilities at a penny to the dollar. Good luck fighting the canker!

  I hope the Government will appreciate the importance of this partnership considering our poor maintenance culture. I was shocked to see the current state of the Osu castle. That historic national monument is falling apart in front of our eyes. Strangely enough no one seemed to care.
