  Ban the use of fire arms during ceremonies. This is a directive that should have come from the ministry of interior or defense. We have witnessed people being shot accidentally during these festivals but no body has the sense to speak against it until now .

  Guns used for festivals in my childhood were only loaded with gunpowder. These days people even use pump action guns and pistols during such annual festivals. This is a case of common sense for traditional rulers to be able to stamp their authority on such practices. But some of the chiefs are themselves culpable, hence cannot call their subjects to order.

  This law won't work just limit them to gun powder that's all small arm commission dont even understand their core mandate
