It seems there was a political agenda hatched by the NDC to remove this lady for reasons stemming from the last election petition. No ordinary citizen can write this petition with insider’s details. The committee needed to investigate how the legal brief was put together ( procedural due process)! It’s clear the lady has been bullied harshly for her stance on the last election petition. I therefore without any sort of reservation recommend the seizure of Mrs. Gertrude Torkornoo’s legal license with effective from 2024. The law is the law, there can be emotions but let the law works.
