The moment he is appointed, a petition should be submitted for his removal on the same charges to test the non-partisan nature of the CJ removal.

The NPP members of the appointment c'ttee can grind the judiciary into a ditch by exposing similar actions of BB rendering him unfit for the post.

The committee needed to investigate how the legal brief was put together (procedural due process)! It’s clear the lady has been bullied harshly for her stance on the last election petition.
