    State does not have lands is for development allocated by the chiefs to the Government.If the ban is no more they have to give it back to the owners,this is pure robbery share among themselves

    Why should State lands be sold. If the State does not need the land for which it was given, it should revert back to the original owners.
    The state has no right to sell any land to private individuals or companies.

    Does the state have land, you take someone land for national development, if you no longer need the land give it back to the owner. Anybody selling state land will tell you he is doing so in accordance with the law .
