How can an MP, representing the people of Suame say the removal of a CJ against whom verifiable charges have been levelled by citizens of Ghana and due process was followed to remove her be a judicial coup? What shall we call the removal of Charlotte Osei from the office of the Electoral Commission by Akufo Addo using the same constitutional provisions: democratic coup? It seems there was a political agenda hatched by the NDC to remove this lady for reasons stemming from the last election petition. No ordinary citizen can write this petition with insider’s details. The committee needed to investigate how the legal brief was put together (procedural due process)! It’s clear the lady has been bullied harshly for her stance on the last election petition. Those who have “eyes” can see what’s going on!! Sad

The committee should’ve investigated how and who put it together before pursuing what appears to be a witch hunt! The future of the legal terrain isn’t bright for Ghana
