Supreme courts justices are even minority in the committee to investigate CJ . On the other hand, President do not nominate Speaker or can remove Speaker, that is independent. Its lawyers who always wants us to believe CJ Speaker n President are equal.

Separation of powers doesn't mean the auditor cannot examine the books of the Judiciary. Dont forget it's the Minister of Finance who has the final say on the budget of the Judiciary even after parliamentary approval. So no arm is sacrosanct.
