The lecture is on going almost every year but no action to implement. The talk is not helping take action if you know what can help Africa.
Please Mr. Zuma, keep your advice to yourself. After all the wrong you have done to SA, who needs your useless advice.
African politicians have theoretical sense but absolute practical nonsense.....Zuma is like the many African leaders,who are good at giving amazing speeches but lack integrity,dignity and intelligence(home sense).
