If anyone is to be charged, it is Afenyo Markin who should be charged, firstly with conduct likely to cause a breach of the peace with further charges to follow

Afenyo realised there were NDC posters, which in his opinion and estimates, too close to the polling booths as forbidden by law.
Afenyo quickly organised a poose of the already ready NPP security to go round and start tearing off the NDC posters leaving that of the NPP
Should a reasonable person, who is respectable, not simply draw the attention of the Police who were present in their numbers.
Every PARTY is then directed to remove its posters within the forbidden Zone
