  3. Terms and duration of the contract
  4. Legally binding guarantees for the safety of the Ghanaian workers
  The MP has good intentions but in a foreign country matters could spring surprises.

  If all MPs had done just 2 schools in a year since 1992, we would have been at a better place. It could be the essential needs of the area- market, schools, bore hole, electricity, tables and chairs for basic schools, teachers houses.
