Do we really have security and intelligence officers in Ghana? There is increasing theft of metal culvert covers in Accra as well as street lights metal components and now metals supporting guard rails of the newly constructed obetsebi interchange. And it looks as if we have no security agencies in this country. At least nothing shows that they are interested or investigating. What i am expecting for starters is for the security agencies yo get in TV, social media etc and show the public what the stolen components look like so that the public can identify the metals when they see them. But who doesnt kniw that most of these stolen metal parts are sold at Agbogbloshue and Timber market scrap yards in Accra? My ongoing investigatiins as a private detective point to junkies from Tudu who ho into these underground sewers to dusmantle the metal coverings for sale.
