So you chose to burden the incoming government with the harder part which is not a bank loan isn't it? Bring receipts to show how the $200 million was disbursed. It is clear that Mahama has coughed out $78 million for the time being and asked the project manager to tender a certificate for any further payment. The reason the project run out of money is very easy to explain.
I.The project was never costed by professional estimators.The costings were done ,by unskilled individuals for such a large project.
2.I don't believe that the Contractors and Trades people doing the job,we're experienced enough to do the work,on time and on budget.
In summary, there were too many flaws,with correct costings,Site managers not up to speed,in reading of construction drawings and getting the project moving with an unqualified workforce.
Finally, the project was never properly costed, to bring about a completion date and in budget... Ghana should never take on large projects, without outside assistance, the skills are just not there.

For good eight months John Mahama looked on whilst commuters and vehicles owner suffered great costs,just for him to pretend to Ghanaians that the previous government did not leave any money,this is criminal behaviour and blatant falsehood for stupid propaganda purpose.
