Ghana my dear country is in crisis.The conflicts are becoming too many and huge amounts of government resorces are bèn used to maintain peace instead of development projects in conflict areas.dome of the conflicts could have been avoided if BNI officers in the regions were on top of their jobs.Heads of the various security agencies are not competent because not competence but politics determined thrir appointments. The President himself seems overwhelmed by the conflicts and is afraid to visit the conflict areas.His own pronouncements are haunting him.Ghanaians are becoming impatient. Look at conflicts which emerged during the recent Homowo festival in Accra.The President should remove all heads of the security agencies and replace them with competent people..Secutity information gathering in the regions should also be stengthened by weeding out all incompetent party supporters who have taken over appointments in the security agencies.
