She is entitled to Gratuity calculated from the time she entered the Judicial service upto the time of her removal. The revised salary of Article 71 implemented recently must be used in the computations. Her Gratuity will be in millions of cedis. With prudent financial management it will be enough for her life time. But for monthly pension she may not be entitled to it because she was removed from office. Very unfortunate.
