Certain laws in Ghana seem too lenient for our liking, how can governments stollen items be retrieved and the thief is left off the hook. Is this not a crime to be punished, retrieval is not deterrent enough. Stollen monies that we are told are being paid, are they paying with interest and jailing or just what. Wontumi should pay for Wear and tear for using the vehicles cuz he's just a party chairman not a government official or worker. NPP and NDC will always enact laws which will ensure their benefits.
