  Martin check out the September 1982 edition of The Workers Banner, organ of the June 4 Movement of Ghana. The editorial IMF Again We Disagree Sir sent Flt Lt John Jerry Rawlings to personally arrest the editor one Taata Kwadzo Ofosu from Lolobi (Volta region).
  He was tortured at the Osu Castle in the presence of Tsastu Tsikata, Capt Kojo Tsikata among others.
  Without industrialization the Cedi would continue to be a useless currency.

What specifically has this bailout solve interms of solution finding. IMF is a structure that feed into political elites and robb countries and society dry.
