Samia should take her time before completing her book just so that she does not twist some of the very weighty facts. Some of the heroic soldiers who defended the Flagstaff house are still alive and from what I have been told, they only surrendered to the traitors only after they had comepletely run out of ammunition. And that was long after Fathia and the children had been escorted out of the Flagstaff house to the Egyptian Embassy which is located just across the road. I am sure that VAG can help her out in this regard and more. It would also be interesting for her to make a roll-call of the names of all the traitors who colluded with foreign agents to undertake one of the darkest and most heinous periods in black African history. I commend her for her initiative.

If China, a one-party state could, without slavery, without the tyrannical and undemocratic colonization of more than half of the countries of the world and without the shameless, greedy and infinite resource looting of all those countries that suffered under colonial dictatorship, could elevate over 100 million of its Chinese citizens from abject poverty to middle class status in less than 10 years, you would be absolutely demented to continue to think - as you have been brainwashed to do, that the one-party system is bad especially against the backdrop of the insane chaos currently going on in the political terrain of Ghana.

As for the foreign intelligence-managed jubilation that took place the day Nkrumah was overthrown, you should admit that every coup d'état in this country and every other country around the world, has been celebrated by a section of its citizens. Even Jesus Christ was disowned by his own people during his time and put to death. You must be dangerously uneducated or mentally warped to be making such unenlightened analogies. Dr Kwame Nkrumah was a visionary. Because of his vision some of us from far up the north in cottages not even from villages had the golden opportunity to go to school.
Many teachers were posted from down south- Accra, Volta , Western , Ashanti, Brong-Ahiafo regions etc to any part of the country. This made it possible for typical villagers like some of us to have had good education which my parents could not afford and not only that he made education Compulsory popularly known as “Kwame Nkrumah Compulsory Education”.
If was not because of this some of us would not have gone to school to be educated.
He had all the good economic plans catapulting the economy to remarkable progress only to be cut short by that stupid coup de-tat which has sent us backwards for many years.
Nkrumah , your father , Samia was God’s gift for Ghana.
We celebrate him as our number one hero.
