hahahaha.
So the one from Togo is cheaper?
So what are we to be wary of?
Unless it is defective, this complaint has no basis.
Useless article. Is the issue about undercutting price, quality, deceptive rebranding or what?
I wish other articles as well flow in for the competition. Ghanaians behave as if they're the only who love money, when they know very well they're hurting the poor.
GHANA, A HOPELESS LEADERSHIPS, HOPELESS BANKRUPT NATION IN THE MIDST OF PLENTY.

Check your prices. The incoming cement is also providing jobs to some Ghanaians.
Everyday you guys want government protection - you can’t compete .
Stupid people when you make the profits too you pay the ordinary people meager wages .
The impudence of it! You reuse to reduce your prices even when the Cedi has gained substantial value. What kind of idiocy is that?
It's called greed!
Last December (2024), I saw a bathtub priced at a little over 17000 Cedis at Spintex Road somewhere in Accra. The price remains the same till date! So are Air Conditioners and TVs at Dome.
So long as the necessary duties are paid at the border, and quality standards are met, so be it. It is called competition. We must aspire to produce cement as efficiently as is done in Togo. The cement cartel in Ghana has fl ...

If it can be produced and transported to Ghana from Togo at a lower price then it is clear the Ghana cartel of cement manufacturers are cheating Ghana customers
If it is cheaper to import quality product, local producers should able to match competition unless taxes are waived for the imported product or product is smuggled then local producers can complain of unfair business.
Togo has a huge cement plant and can easily drive the Ghanaian producers out of the market. The question is are they deliberately flooding the market with cheaper cement only to raise the prices latter when they get a signifi ...
