She chalked the feat to rise to this enviable position against all odds especially for a girl child education with all its attendant problems and bottle necks to say the least rose up to where she got to. What is surprising is as soon as she was removed the position was given to Jean Mensah she quickly accepted it yet this was a woman who was said to preaching and witnessing around which of course is a good thing to do though. The question then is, how do you marry the two. This attitude of Jean Mensah accepting the position even when she knew her predecessor was removed with unjustified reasons?
Mrs Charlotte Osei you have been vindicated. Look at what she is going through. Even though she is the head of the EC her second in command in the person of Asare Bossman is doing the boss’s work her especially in crisis thus making her to look like a figure head. The last time I watched parliamentary proceedings during which she was to appear before parliament to answer questions on the Ablalikuma re- election brouhaha it was Bossman Asare who represented her. Look at the mental torture she is going through.
Charlotte thank God that you have been vindicated and exonerated. Be happy and forget about all insults.

When this nonsense started way back prior to 1992 and subsequent elections, victims were not heard by the powers that be. Perpetrators, veranda boys and girls, were rewarded with cash or in kind. A lot of concerns were raised but those who benefited from this notorious threats and brutalities, kept quiet. Now almost all the parties have got their fair share in this threats, abuse of incumbency, attacks, manipulation of elections, intimidations and violence and it seems it's not going to end soon. When people like Kwaku Baako and others were lamenting over electoral harassment and violence, they said ' woka no na mey3 no more'. Africa elections, the value is the same and you think ECOWAS or AU can intervene?
