Nobody said LGBT is Ghana’s priority — far from it. But let’s not pretend Mahama and his people didn’t see it differently when Nana Addo started playing games with excuses. Assisted, of course, by his loyal sidekick (or should I say side chick) Madam Torkonoo.

The point here isn’t LGBT, it’s integrity. A President is supposed to be a leader who speaks the truth and acts consistently — not someone who tests the wind at every occasion before deciding which side of the fence to sit on. Leadership is about principle, not convenience. But what do we get? Double standards dressed in fine English.
