The practice of human sacrifice by some Asante chiefs during funerals must stop immediately. Ghana cannot continue to tolerate such harmful and illegal customs in the name of tradition. While we value peace and cultural heritage, the taking of human lives is unacceptable and must be eradicated.

We will raise awareness about this practice on international platforms, including the United Nations and diplomatic channels, to ensure the world knows that this violation of human rights still occurs in Ghana. It is time for decisive action to protect innocent lives and end these atrocities.
