  This rogue opted for foreign ministry in the full knowledge that it is high flying with lots of per diems to be had and incompetence hidden,what are the contents in his so-called KPIs?what are his own KPIs as a minister? Now he he in concert with his president have done the unthinkable by acquiescing to the racist deportations of the US president and subjecting Ghana to ridicul while at the same time trying hard to attach themselves to Nkrumah’s image.Ghana of all nations and now this.
