I’m sorry that you self wounded your apparent legal luminary status by admitting, rather unfortunately, that you had issues with the former CJ because of her rulings against you and her perceived lack of respect towards you in the courtroom.
So you literally murdered her with a tacit support from the Petitioner, and the Venerable Tsatsu Tsikata ? So you probably sat down with the Petitioner, coached him to outline his grievances, and supported him with legal case scenarios, and of course, a probable collaboration and discussion with the President to align to one of his election promises to remove the former CJ ?
If I were you, and didn’t want to to be personal and overbearingly political, I would not have agreed to represent the Petitioner but allowed other lawyers to do it and stayed back to offer support privately. Now by your admission of having a personal grudge or dislike with the former CJ as much as Venerable Tsatsu did have, your apparent legal support for the Petitioner is a gloomy dent on your personality (both of you), your legal status, and your sense of godliness as a Christian.
You should now have rather been writing a vindication note for all to see the bad side of the former CJ if you had not involved yourself with the process. But now, whatever you say or write about it will not be objectively acceptable based on your seeming vindictiveness. You should now also admit that you were seemingly pompous and disrespectful to the CJ during the Supreme Court hearing where she had to warn you several times to “wait and let her land” before retorting.
I like you but you have gone overboard. The hatred was too much. I think it’s time to go for a confession. Pls see a Catholic Priest as soon as possible, otherwise, it will later coma back to hunt you.

John,thank you for this well written piece,Thaddeus and ‘his partner in sin’ are moving from friendly media networks to others in a vain effort at rationalizing their evil deed.John Mahama is not a lawyer,it is Thaddeus and Tsikata who provided him with the legal rationale for the unwarranted removal for no just cause,same as at JJ was not a lawyer,it was this same Tsikata who provided the legal reasons for many of the extra-judicial killings that took place.This man drafted a law for JJ to sign seizing Ada Songor salt from Vacuum Salt Co. owned by Appenteng of Panbros fame,JJ handed it over to Tsatsu who proceeded to single handedly produce the salt sold and pocketed the proceeds for over 10 years without accounting to anybody and only left there after JJ handed over in 2001,my in-laws in Ada could not say a word in protest because he had access to murderous commandos.Is he a legal luminary or a greedy thief? This same Tsatsu is running around friendly media networks spewing blatant lies that he was jailed without trial, anybody can google Republic vrs Tsatsu Tsikata,This man used GNPC money to guarantee a loan for his foreign friend,a loan from a French bank to a French friend, his friend did not pay so Tsatsu used GNPC money to pay,all without board approval! JJ left office and Tsatsu became dry like fish out of water,the Kuffuor government put him before court,convicted and jailed,fellow Ghanaians,this is your legal luminary’ with blood-soaked hands,an ex-convict and a rogue.He has confessions to make but media circus will not help him.
