Warn all the chiefs across the country never to sell any land 1000 meters away from the river bodies or forests. Concessions must be more than 1000 meters from the water. Violators will be hauled to court and the proceedings broadcast on television to shame them.

Keeping vigil in front of a seat of government and jubilee house for that matter as the president is out of the country posses a serious security concern to the government and country as a whole. Why can't Vormawor wait for the next few days for the president to return and feel the demonstration live as it unfolds?. Even I, being nobody, will not feel safe when there is a vigil action in front of my small house. Vormawor should know that Ghanaians don't know yet what happened to the helicopter that crashed recently. We are aware Gertrude Torkornoo and her cohorts who are feeling bitter about her dismissal are in the country. We are also aware that the army generals who were hauled out of office and are bitter about their ordeal are in the country. I remember kokonsa' warnings so I won't continue.

If a law is passed against galamsey and enforced, this will end this crisis. But those who must pass the bill in parliament are equally engaged in the galamsey.
