  Govt must help the private sector Create at least two medium scale mining companies in every constituency capable of employing at least 1800 people each. Reduce profit and pay the least employee min Ghc6,000 a month and that's it.
  
  Let every investor inject at least 2bn USD in this company establishing their own tailings dam, orange and clean water dams from where water will be recycled for their own operation.and be responsible to the Minerals commission just like Newmont and Ghana Bauxite and Anglo gold etc..
  
  Nobody in his or her right sense will go and risk his feet, fingers and private part in mercury infested water..
