    The machines are for the Assembles and they must decide what to do with it. Central Accra does not need any road reshaping. Their problem is filth,, so what is wrong with the machine being used to evacuate filth.

    Why create a National Secretariat for DRIP Equipment at a time you are giving MMDAs more decision making powers. The guidelines should be enough. The monitoring of use should be left for the local citizens and the police.
