  What at all does the VC want that he does want to retire on the constitutional-mandated age? Does that mean when the VC is not there, the university cannot operate? Is he the only wisest person in Ghana? Clearly, the VC is power drunk and must be kicked out of office. His hesitance to leave office after 60 years is sickening and may imply that he has some dirt in his closet that requires more time to clean. When a black man tastes power, he doesn't mind to sacrifice his dignity for stay on it. The government must kick him out of the office. The UCC VC is a shameless being who has no conscience.
