Yes, the US should stop funding health costs for African because if a single nation can fund an entire continent, what is the meaning to that? The continent of African is very rich and her citizens should tap into that and stop relying on the expectation of "Funding" from other countries who have humans with brains like us.

All we need is honesty, nothing but honesty to disburse what comes into the treasury equally and stop the corrupt practices. It is only in African where common office workers become rich and the question is why? If common office worker can become rich, it means corruption had become an acceptable norm which is wrong.

The US should stop funding anything about Africa and I don't care who says what.
