  These Oldies of public appointees are almost always talking about foreign investors. They`re looking to outsiders all the time to come in to create job avenues for whilst they invest heavily in ex-gratia payments to themselves, presidential jets, and fleet of V8s.
  Let us look within ourselves more to create all the necessary socio-economic conditions and environment to push local investors and investments.
