  I am at a loss as to what Getrude Torkonoo and her legal team hoping to achieve with this frivolous and vexatious suit. Why have they turned their attention on the President to create the impression as if Getrude Torkonoo was removed by the President without due process. The Committee that recommended the removal of Getrude consisted of two eminent Supreme Court Judges. Does that mean that the Justices of the SC committed a Constitutional wrong with their recommendations? Alleging wrong-doing without pointing out to any provision of the Constitution that was infringed, is mind boggling.

  Mr Otoo, when the former president abused the system by appointing juniors to become CJs, where were you and what did you do to help sanitize that institution. Now that the system has been reset, you saying your client going to court would do what. Wasn't your client who told us , the law is the law, what has changed.
