  TVET is a good idea brought in by Adutwum/ NPP regime. It has the potential of cutting down drastically youth unemployment as I've seen in Eastern Europe and Germany. Unfortunately this govt is messing it up like how our old antiquated technical schools were managed. I've a friend trained in automobile engineering from Germany, he came down with a plan to settle in Ghana but Australian mining firms have taken him away.
