The problem is that the laws of the land is not working. Anyone with illegal connection should simply be ordered to pay a fine plus a jail term.
The government should work with EGC, National Security and ORAL and embark on nation_wide disconnection of all illegal meter connection. All offenders, be they, MPS, CHIEFS, DCES, ASSEMBLY MEN, should face the music.

Very true. How on earth does an assembly man who know nothing about how electricity distribution works will be sharing meter.
