They must DIRECT THE PROSECUTION OF OFFENDING OFFICERS AND NOT JUST RECOMMEND.. AND MUST HENCEFORTH REJECT ANY FORM OF APOLOGIES FROM SERIALLY ERRING PUBLIC OFFICIALS. PAC SHOULD RIGHT AWAY DIRECT CULPABLE OFFICIALS FOR INSTA ...
