    Minister may be right somehow but because of nepotism, favouritism, hatred, discrimination, tribalism and other vices, if a person has clean record irrespective of skills and attitude he or she should be promoted.

    Especially those officers with bloated stomachs. They can not even lie down on the ground to aim a rifle. Corruption has made them so lazy to do anything meaningful in the service.
