  Nobody will be blocked from voting. The album will be given to every candidates for verification and all the delegates will check and confirm their names before the voting day.

  Just asked your coordinators in all the 275 Constituencies to compile and submit to you the list of former constituency and regional executives to enable you cross check the album when a copy is given to you and your candidate.
  Surely a copy of the album will be given to you one month or two weeks to go through for possible inclusion of the names that could be left out.
