I also read about the Immigration officers or was even the police who is said to have intercepted contraband drugs which was mainly Tramadol in several quantities bound for Gusheigu from Sankasi a town north west of Togo but intercepted at Gbintiri in north east region.
This might be a revenge from that incident.
This has nothing to do land and chieftaincy disputes.
so people like @Asankramitoga should read articles over and over before commenting.
It’s not fair to start making comments on issues on platforms like this. One should understand the context and contents before doing so.

They are not mutually exclusive. We recently had a major drug bust in Esiama. They also swept the beach for prostitutes. Esiama is on the brink of a land war due to the criminal behavior of GIS Cdr. Adams, owner of an illegal bar/ resort Zanziba.

He ignored the Palace's invitation. After another police CID commander reported his crimes to Esiama CID, the #1 cop invited Cdr. Adams in. Adams ignored him as well. Instead, he continues to order junior GIS officers to destroy other people's private property.

It will not surprise me if a land war starts in Esiama soon. Nor will it surprise me if people are fooled into thinking it has anything to do with tramadol.
