He worked to bring value to customers even if what he set out to achieve wasn't fully attained. In all 8years of NPP what happened to DSTV subscription rate reduction? The Minister wanted a 30% price reduction and by what they claim is a promotion, gives a price reduction of between 33% and 50% which is even better than what the minister requested. To claim the minister failed, is simply tomfoolery.
