You just scammed these graduates by taking their money and giving them useless education and certificates. Let's talk about data. How many graduates have come out of UPSA as at now, and how many of them have jobs. A large percentage of them had to seek greener pastures abroad, other than that they would have remained poor forever in Ghana. I am surprised at the rate of expensive useless education with no jobs to offer. My advice to every young man is to invest his money into business, once he succeeds, he can get any degree he wants
