I listened to Dr Ackah he made his point forcefully. The NDC rep on the panel Hon Fuseini even challenged Dr Ackah but he stuck to his point, that you can't dechemicalise a chemical because water H2O is a chemical. Infact he condemned the EPA boss and blamed Prez Mahama for appointing such people into such critical positions. I did not hear him apologise.
