During the swearing of the CJ, the President handed over roll of piece of document rapped in Ghanaian Flag to the CJ. That document contained her appointment letter and other papers. It's only the President who can sign the CJ's appointment no other person period. Judicial is the 3rd Estate, so HEAD must receive his/her appointment from the Commander Of Chief. 1. You knew that because of the rules governing the Article 146 sections 9 and 10 Domelovo could not respond to your untruths lest he gets taken off the panel reviewing the purported crimes against Gertrude Torkornoo

2. You asserted that you gave documents to the committee through Domelovo and accused the committee of not reviewing the evidence you provided. Domelovo has rebuffed your nonsense by telling viewers and listeners that the documents you submitted were fake and not worthy of review. As a former AG, you, Ayikoi Otoo, should know who has constitutional mandate and authority to hire and offer appointment letters that spells out salary and benefits to article 71 employees.

3. As a former AG, you Ayikoi Otoo, should know and come to the table with clean hands; you chose your partisan playbook ignoring what governs all Article 71 covered government employees. Domelovo could not be political because he exposes you and the ex-CJ. Is telling the truth in Ghana now partisanship? How about Gertrude Torkornoo who now seeks cover under civil rights and liberties when she sat on Domelovo's case for 2-years to ensure the Domelovo case was moot? Did Domelovo also not seek redress from the courts headed by Torkornoo to address the wickedness of Akufo-Addo who had terminated Domelovo's employment?

The attorney general should by now be arresting you for deceiving a public officer with a false document. Was Domelovo the only member on the committee? Did we not have Two Supreme Court justices on it including two other prominent Ghanaians? Publish the document and stop telling us irrelevant matter!
