  Just pay the farmers more! Pay the farmers fairly for their produce, and the smuggling will stop. You guys spend so much of the cocoa money on yourselves - on administration, perks, sponsorships etc ...forgetting where the money really comes from. Cocobod takes advantage of the farmers because the majority of them are peasant farmers - they call them small scale farmers for them to feel good, then cheat them on the back end. Cut out the waste at cocobod & pay the farmers better.
