  Ao, so the President is not worried about building an Airport in Volta Region which doesn't work, he is not worried when he built a Sugar Factory which doesn't operate, he isn't worried when $200 million borrowed to build 5000 houses can build 1630 and he sets the culprits free? We need robust and effective independent internal control and audit processes to effectively monitor and track the operations. The annual audit reports by the auditor general isn’t enough. Call all your CEOs to implement these measures.
