He should lead and he should groom his siblings too, the companies should be under family name. Africans have one big flaw; two or more Africans can contribute money to buy alcohol and drink, celebrate life. They can even plan to sleep one one woman but they cannot contribute money to form a business. One of them will surely ant to take everything for him/erself and so can even kill to make that a success.
Katanka faimily should come together and have a business. The one their father appointed should lead and others should follow him.

The father was a business mogul, thinking the daughter should be an associate & bring business but she ended been a tool of disgrace & shame to the father, despite been a classic student. What was she able to achieve in NPP? disgrace, shame & mockery. We've all seen it, from impersonation in parliament to private jet, school feeding bruhaha, resignation, loosing of parliamentary primaries, divorce & etc. She must be the brain behind the brothers debacle but everyone has heard the father, even if there is no written proof, the courts can rule in Kwadzo's favor.
