  To play well and to win Football matches does not only rely on the coach ,it is the total body of the team,for example player motivation is paramount,when proffessional players get what has been promise by the state prompt on time be it a small amount or big they will be happy to deliver ,what football players hates is taking them for granted, dont forget most of them are rich already ,and no rich man want to be cheated it does not matter the amount ,rich people cheerish fufilment they see it as respect and above special once,, i think the changing and upfront declaration of funds by the sport ministry is part of the changings in their high performers
