Just listen to two people's accounts of the fact: Captain Smart who addressed Kufuor on that specific Tsatsu adjudication, and all Bobbie Ansah saying "Only a madman would do what Kufuor did to Ghana".

Ghana is worst today than it was sixty years ago because of education politics. Who are the parents of this kid?. I suspect lied about being moving to his hometown to complete JHS. The facts maybe that, he illegally got registered for the BECE as a form 3 student since his mother school at Dansoman would not have allowed that.
