  Public officers should always be allowed to do their work. This should not be news. Some of these issues should be out of control of the politrickcians and handled with common sense by tge professionals trained to do so

Fine them on the spot and let them pay thru their Momo account to AMA Official account.Those that cannot pay on the spot you give them 72hrs to settle. After a week when they refused to pay, they inform the telecoms to block their lines bcoz they have their mobile phone and GhanaCard numbers.
